Liverpool Diocese Warden of Readers praises All Saints course

October 14, 2013

In an interview just before her retirement as Warden of Readers for Liverpool Diocese, Jean Todd praised the All Saints Reader training course as a key factor during her time as Warden. She says The change in training, I think, has been crucial to our ministry. The fact that it’s now two years to licensing, there’s a lot more practical work. I think it’s opened up Reader ministry to a lot more people and I think that’s responsible for why we have such a high level of people coming forward for Reader ministry. … I think the training has really helped – and it’s being constantly monitored and evaluated, and I think that’s been a real blessing to our ministry.
